I have a wide range of tools. for the chibi Sherlock I start with a pencil sketch then went over the sketch with pen, colored it with copic Markers, and finished it of with white gel pen.

What sort of pen did you use for the skin? It's so pale ^-^

I used my Skin White(E00) Copic Marker, and for skin shading I used Barley Beige(E11).

Well,Copic is the brand. It is the highest level of cartooning marker in the world. I use the sketch markers.
