# About me
Hello friends!My name is Lori. My spirit is that of a child. The world is a great wonder for me. I love all of God’s beautiful creations, and I find myself to be in a very wonderful place, taking pictures of this beauty. Photography is merely a hobby for me at this point, although if I had the chance I would totally make it a profession. I am self taught in photography. In 2008 we welcomed the world of photography into our home. That same year we went to the beautiful Islands of Hawaii for the second time. With my little point-and-shoot Olympus my love for photography began, minorly, however. It wasn’t until 2009 that my interest really began to take form. For graduation in 2010 I was gifted my first slr digital camera! Since then I have been an absolute photography fanatic.
I am a lover of many things: Life, nature, photography, art, music, animals, and so on.

Please don’t hesitate to ask!I have visited a few places such as Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, California, Utah (well most of the western states in America), I have spent a day in Canada and hope to return soon to see more. My latest exploration has taken me to London, England. I had an amazing time! It was brilliant! I would absolutely love to go again. In January of 2012 I will be going to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands for two weeks with my college. I am very excited, and nervous, for this experience!
I am a college student, planning on getting into nursing. (Who isn't these days?) ((EDIT: A&P IS A KILLER!))

I apologize. If it is the photo of a castle in the dark then it has just been accepted. I am going to college and have a very heavy course load. I do not have the time to check deviantart daily but try to get on as often as possible and I am the only admin currently for the group. If you are trying to add photos they are automatically accepted if they are put into the folder for the country they were taken in. Only one deviation is accepted into the featured folder where this deviation was likely added. Again I apologize. I do try to get on as often as possible.
