Just sit down and draw what you see. Copy real life. You'll get better, and you'll get bored of it eventually. Daydream about what you'd like to draw while you're bored, think of how you can draw it, and do it.

I can't remember all the names... er.. I like the oen that introduces everyone, like the first one has Tanis and Flint, then of course much love has to be given to Tasslehoff XD And I always liked Raistlin and Caramon.
