Well let's just say, everyone started with stick figures and the sun in the top corner of the paper, with enough practice everyone can be a high class artist. And i certainly still have a long way to go too.

I'm not used to compliments, you know.
It's hard for me to accept how good or bad I am.
I have almost three years drawing, and still lacking the
ability I wish to have to this time.
Everyone has still a lot to learn, but it looks like I learn
to a very slow pace, and I don't have a base to start learning
thoroughly.

I've been drawing since i dont know... I was always been "the artist" in school... until later on when I met other "artists".
I must admit I've had my lazy phases..
There are so many artists much younger than me (i'm 22) that are soooo much better and it makes me feel terrible. Almost everything i know about digital art i learned in the last 6 months, because i've been drawing absolutely every day. (I was done with uni and had a lot of free time since then) however, my knowledge is still really basic...
I'm just trying to learn from the artists that inspire me instead of feeling bad everytime i see how good i could be by now.
It's really important that you try to climb out of the "i am still so bad" cave, otherwise you will block yourself from becoming better because you will constantly be depressed about your skill level and wont enjoy drawing. I've been there for the most time in uni, almost gave up art because of it.
But giving up was never really an option.
I can't help you really, first of all, you must help yourself. Get over the "but i'm so bad" thinking and start watching tutorials, ask artists about their techniques, have a look at anatomy and while you improve you will develop your own unique style without noticing. (I cant believe i have a "style" but i guess all my drawings have the tae feeling to it)
Long story short: don't pull yourself down.

I'll tell you: it probably looked really crappy. So did mine.
But you kept practising and now your are already really good. i even kinda envy
that cute anatomy of your latest drawings.
I won't continue to argue with you if you are so damn convinced that your art is
still crap, because only you can change something about that.
You probably wouldn't listen to anyone that told you that you are already really good.
drawing skill isnt something you are born with, it's something one acquires.
oh but, should i tell you why you already know all this deep in your heart? because you havent stopped drawing.

i don't think any artist is ever fully happy with the outcome. they'll always
find something to do better.
