Nightmare is a shadow, he was born like that, he has an older brother namedΒ Damien who is also a shadow. [Damien is evil too]
Kat is a human, she has a father namedΒ Bass & a brother namedΒ Dark Zero which both basically protect her from any potential threat.
Nightmare lives with his bother, Damien.
Kat lives with her brother & father.Β
Backstory Time
Kat grew up in a loving, happy environment with her father & brother who took great care of her, she would get what she wanted & she was a bright & very happy child. When she hit her teenager years, she was bullied at school, she was bashed, called names & other bad things. She developed depression as the bullying went on. Bass took this upon himself to take Kat out of school & home schooled her. When Kat was an adult, [On her 19th birthday], Bass had to go to a work travel for money & DZ decided to go visit his boyfriend at his house & stay there for a few days.Β
Nightmare however, had been stalking Kat ever since she was a child, since he is a "Shadow", he can hide in the shadows & keep out of plain sight. His main goal is too kill Kat. Since he's evil & all.Β
When Nightmare see's that Bass & DZ both left the house & left Kat on her own, he comes out of the shadows ready to kill her.Β
