# About me
First drawings were stick people. They really sucked.First art classes were in elementary school, because I was home schooled up until fourth grade.
All art classes were a mandatory part of the school curriculum, where I learned about opposite colors, the color wheel, and most importantly perspective drawing.
During such classes I used acrylic paints, pencil, charcoal, and then oil pastels.
My preferred traditional medium has always been no.2 pencil on standard 8 by 11.5 inch white printer paper.
I only recently got into digital art in the summer of 2010.

I had the intous4 small and it was very good. Havn't tried the next one but I'd say from my experience with the old version that its really good. It takes a little getting used to though. The hardest part for me was trying to draw looking at the screen but not seeing what my hand was doing. But you get used to it.

Oh and also try posting your pictures in png file format. You won't get that gross grainy effect and all your pics will be sharp.

I really like the hot girl with the gun and verom. Those are really cool. As far as tablets go I'm thinking you should try and get a cintiq. But only if you have the extra money to spend. When I got mine I had absolutely no expenses and saved up for a couple months. Those things are mad expensive but are really good to have. I think you'd definitely benefit if you have one. But the intous tablets (also from wacom) are good too. That's what i started on. In fact wacom is so far my favorite tablet company. All the stylus pens are wireless, and don't need batteries (thats huge). I don't know how it works but I've never had a problem with them. My first tablet was acually a genus brand, and I didnt like it too much. After a month or two the pen broke so i couldn't connect the battery in the pen. BOOO. So yeah get wacom.
