# About me

My name is Jessica Lynn Kohl. I created the name Nahalwi a number of years ago for online gaming and it's stuck with me pretty firmly.

I started in art young, drawing and trying to copy images at the start. Later I went to school and got a degree in studio art. My biggest obstacle really has to be my lack of a single style that I identify myself with. Much of the work I do runs in phases based on times of year and mood. Although, spare time usually finds me doodling with a pen in hand and creating some random character. And when I find there are no images coming to mind with a piece, it goes for something a little more abstract from there.
