I felt like it was a good reminder that it's not just creepy pedophile grandpas or w/e you should watch out for. I've ran into a girl who editted fake posts with my username on it, and while it wasn't as life-threatening as the instance mentioned in the tumblr post, it still shows that people's selfishness will bypass their own morals by a landslide. A bit of sn overstatement for my case, definitely an understatement for what the post mentioned. Maybe I should've added a tl;dr xD it's quite lengthy.
