welll the programme i use is paint... i don't have the programme other artist have i just use paint and with patients the art could be done and i use bases and i screenshot some games i play that helps me with stories or role plays i do but for the bases i use paint it easy the eyes on the other hand i draw them in my scketch pad i'll take a pic of it later and submit it on da i' explai i how i do my eyes like in a close up

lol well in on my computer at home and it all i use i used it since i was little so yeah i got used to it so much i never got learn how to use photoshop but i,m Learning how in my multimedia corse  here in canada and your from algeria correct if your asking how i know that it said so on your profile btw what it like over there
