hahaha I think bobobo is hilarious xD omg Junjou Romantica is THE BEST!!! It's a yaoi and omg it's so hot! The anime goes up to 11 episodes (for now) but the manga goes up to eight volumes (for now lol it is still ongoing)

if by joining stuff you mean joining clubs? then in the club journal they will have a section on joining and follow their rules (usually its to send a note and the subject is JOIN)
