Interesting... At first I haven't got a favourite type of victim (maybe the "Pure" people, because see how they fall into the darkness it's pretty entertainment) but over the methods... I think I'd choose the classical corruption by the power of the dark-side or the robotization, with the victim being absorbed by the "cold metal".

Corruption into a wicked darker version is always great, and I love robotification. Minionification is also something I like, a villain taking someone and making an obedient uniformed minion out of them.
