Hello~! I'm Taylor~ Tailei Weijiang is the signature that I sign with, so feel free to call me Tailei~ I haven't been on this account for years, so I'm bringing it back to life with my most recent works! All of my artwork is done by hand from the initial sketch to the inking, the coloring, and the corrections. I don't have a program for digital art yet, so I'm working with a more hands-on media until then. My art, as you can see from my older works, is inspired by Japanese Manga and Anime, since I still can't draw realistically very well. Of course! Could you possibly give me some tips on the coloring? I'm still really weak in that area...

Well generally I start on the lineart and go dark, then fade in, because if light is hitting from the front, then places like the middle of the thighs are going to be lighter than the edges. So places that are risen I color lighter, and places that are not I color darker, like a gradient. I layer colors as I see fit and add shadows to places that are sunken in. With the hair I just kinda wing it, generally darker at the tips and the top of the head and then fading either way. I really like to go dark to light with my coloring, because it feels smoother and more natural that way. Hope I could help ;~;
