why thanks for those hints. I saw the new mountain pass yesterday, closed and sealed by invisible walls unfortunately, tried jumping on rocks maybe I can see something over the doors but no luck.
and about the fortress, which western portal? to be honest the first thought that went through my mind was "link waypoint please" but then I remembered we're on deviant art

By the way, really good idea with the GW2 deviant page where you gather all the stuff relating to it! Keep up the good work!

Yes, been playing GW2 for a while now, though still not max level, taking my time, there's no reason to rush

Sorry, should have thought about that a bit more. The exit/entrance from that region into neighboring Diessa Plateau (the NW corner of that region) is immediately adjacent to it. And there is a rock face presently on the western side of the Dredge mining area next to the trees and bumpy ground which is slightly raised up from the actual ground (as if it was not put back as it should be) which can be walked under and revealed is a new section of rock face which looks like it has a new mountain pass cut through it. I happened on it while preparing comments for a website I'm planning for newbies to GW2. That is why I am compiling maps at the moment so I have accurate 1:1 maps to use as base materials for my own mapping operations. You can contact me inworld if you wish. If you want my GW2 user name, please send me a private message and I'll provide it. I'm also looking for fellow adventurers to write comments and share combat tips when the site finally gets made for when i began playing nobody told me anything and the manual was too complicated. Thus, I am presently playing one character for every profession so I can offer graphics and insight into how that character fights and how best to use their abilities on an icon by icon basis.

Thank you, and as of today, I've completed EVERY region in Tyria and added the last map. Feel free to take a look, as they are intended to help players check the actual game map against established and accurate 'explored' maps as shown at my page. Dungeons may be added later, as and when I get around to exploring them and mapping them.
