What is a base?

Bases are pretty much the outline for a character. Like a mannequin in a way, they don't usually have hair or any defining features. If you look up bases the creator of the base usually allows others to use it.

So, for instance, I'm bad at drawing hands. I could use a base with the pose I want and turn it into my character. You just have to make sure that you read the rules for using some of them. @~@ Not sure if this helped . . .
