god idk if anyone frequents this page anymore, but i am not able to get into this account anymore. so therefore i have moved to bioticmages. i will not be making a lot of these anymore, due to loss of interest in xnalara/xps.

Well firstly, you want to start up XNA (Or XPS, I'm not keen on it actually) and pose a model. When you've done, create a new folder on your desktop and export it there as an an OBJ. Next, you want to download this studio scene and put it on your desktop too: [link]
When you've downloaded that, start up Max and click on the big menu button at the top and select Open, then find the studio scene and open it up.
Let me know when you've finished with this bit, then I'll teach you the next bit! Just ask me anything if you're having trouble, this is kind of a repear process and the more you do then the quicker and easier it is (I can honestly do it off by heart now!) ^_^

(When using them though, you don't include the spaces).
