I don't like spamming people's notifications- unless I am only under your friend-box.
Imaginate that 150 of 400 watchers are unactive accounts (I am cleaning)

Okay I thinkΒ there is a mistake in your reasoning,Β because If there is an inactive but still watching user watching you he/she wont spam you with notifications, and he/she wont care about - because he/she left DA - what or how many notification you send out or how many notification will you gonna spam them.
But I'm active here so I think no need this kind of unwatch thingy... and I dont care about that much in notification spam thingy, so you can spam me with notifications!
