Alright, as theory partners, I think we should both be clear on eachother's headcannons for Undertale. I'll go first. Feel free to argue any of these:
*Alphys created the Amalglamates and wrote all the entries in the true lab. (not including the inaccessable one in wingdings)
*Flowey was created after the other humans fell.
*Sans does not remember resets, but knows they exist.
*All humans have determination and /can/ reset, but the others gave up for one reason or another.
*snails, spiders, ect. are not actual monsters.
*There is a difference between a boss monster (whose SOUL persists for a moment after death) and a monster with a boss fight (has special dialog in the FIGHT; actions in this FIGHT determine plot elements)
There are probably more I can't think of right now

I think he might know little bits and pieces, but in genocide doesn't he just guess by your expression? And I'm pretty sure he looses count by some point.

Snail's and spiders are monsters, on the snail ranch, they talk to you and are doing people things like counting money, and the spiders do things like bake and put flowers on fresh monster Graves.

sans' blood is determination
Frisk is a girl
When Gaster fell into the core all memories of him are erased, but his lab(true lab) and work remained.
Alphys stole the determination research from Gasters' lab.(there is no way she came up with those experiments on her own.
The strongest non-boss monsters are sans, Papyrus and Undyne.

I don't really support the theory that sans' blood is determination, but I have no arguements against it except the color, so I would be willing to adopt the theory if we need.
I think Alphys made the amalgamations, though, because it would mess up a lot of her character arc if she wasn't responsible, and she say herself: " * As you probably know, ASGORE asked me to study the nature of SOULs." at the end of the true lab.
But yeah, I think all hints of Gaster are pretty much gone, except the bare minimum sciency stuff like the core.

That's possible, but, and correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't it say somewhere that Asgore asked her to do the experiments? Though if Asgore had forgotten Gaster, he may have thought Alphys was already doing those, and upon realizing she wasn't he had her start/pick them back up.
