Wait, wait. Here's a little more detail about what happened. It says something about an Internet cable not plugged in properly or may even be broken inside of my laptop. I did drop it a few times in the past, so maybe that explains why.
Where do I find this Internet cable? (If you can explain it.)

If it says something is broken inside, that's a hardware issue. It could be your wireless adapter that's broken. System recovery won't help because that only resolves software issues. A problem like that needs to be physically repaired.

That's what I figured. It said something about a wireless adapter having problems, too.
I told one of my friends this at school, and he suggested that Best Buy was the best (and cheapest) way to get it fixed. How much would you say they'd charge for repairing a laptop?

Well, my dad says we're going to try calling a tech hotline and see if they can help. If not, then we'll just send the laptop back to the company we received it from and have them repair it, then sent back to us. Doesn't sound too hard.
