Hey I've seen a *lot* less talented folks on DA - they get good by hanging out here, practicing and swapping comments and advice. Everybody has to start somewhere! And you draw people, especially eyes, a lot better than I do. I s'pose that's why I do fractals and dot painting instead

Oh, I am not disagreeing with you

This is something a lot of people are telling me, but when I ask to show me something worse, no one is able to do so

I am just doing this for ten months, but I am honest, I have no passion for art I really just did it, because I needed something as a fill-in for my YouTube channel, and then I doodled around

TBH, I just wing it, I never trained, I never train - the 40 doodles you find in my gallery are all I did - I am not even really trying, if I need another fill-in I just take a piece of paper and start doodling around for 120 minutes and that is what comes out of it

Hey, don´t make it sound like it is something bad - I really like your work

It is something that might look "easy" to do, but in reality, you still have to find the right combination that it looks good - and I think you have found this point.

I think the reason people don't point out specific art that is "worse" than yours is that they don't want to insult anyone. When someone posts a link to someone else's art on DA, the artist is notified and can go look at the comments about it.

I see what you're saying - you aren't out to become Michelangelo, just havin' some fun. And that's what art is really all about, enjoying it. All I'm saying is your doodles are pretty good!

I am so with you - I was more meant as a joke what I said. Because tbh, I think even just saying it to build someone up, I don´t know, but for me, it already "insults" the work of others - For the people who love it, who art is their passion, some need more time, some less - but every artist does everything they can to get better, to learn and continue doing what they love

Yep, for me, it is just the way to pass time, to relax and think about other things than work and real-life

Yeah  

I have no clue about art, I can´t draw. Just have no feel for it

I just doodle for fun sometimes, and what comes out of it, is more "preschooler drawings" than anything else - if someone can identify what these lines and colored blobs should be, then that would be a miracle

I just don´t want that people get the wrong idea
