I read your last blog post about the Wicked Miniseries. I read the book last year, but I didn't think it was as good as the musical. It's interesting, since it talks about the Wizard's takeover that uses symbolism that reminds us of Hitler and Stalin's corruption, but to me the musical cut to the core of what it should have been about.

However, the sequel "Son of a Witch" is really good! I'm reading it right now and loving every page!

I've been reading your "Eat, Sleep, and Breath Theater" blogs. I wanted t say that I think it's sad that musicals are now all derived from movies (my favorite musical also comes from a movie, but still). There's a musical I heard about called, "Hey, You Know What Movie Would Make a Good Musical?"

AS for the RENT revival, I say it's gossip. If they do open up off Broadway, I'd be concerned what they're going to "update" in the show (look up "Rent Remixed" to see what I mean).

...I always took the love story of Mimi and Roger to be a pretty accurate adaptation of the love story of Mimi and Rodolfo from La Boheme. They literally meet each other, talk, and the next minute they're absolutely in love. Of course, Mimi dies in that version. The message of artists doing whatever they want is debatable. True, we get La Boheme, but then you also get the message that these artists are starving and that bohemia is life to be pitied in many ways.

So, there's my two cents. Take it or leave it...no pun intended.

For whatever reason my comment on "And I Will Keep You Safe" didn't show up. So, here goes (again):

I wish I could give you a more in-depth, helpful review, but I've never even heard of the Producers '^^.
However, I love your writing style. You really got the character's emotions across. And the little sarcastic-humor-type remarks really balanced out the story and made it entertaning even lacking knowledge about wtf is going on.
Keep up the great work, and hopefully next time you write something I'll be able to give you a better critique DX.

Hmm... Okay. I think something's wrong with my computer, because everyone's icon is appearing as the legend of the seeker one, these random edward ones, and this particular one of lady gaga. Hmm. :\

BUT if you do happen to watch legend of the seeker, you should stop watching FOREVER and just read the 11 books in the legit series over and over and over. Like I have done (am doing ). You have no idea how obsessed I was with that series (still am)... when I found out there was a show I was like YESSS and then I watched it and was like SHOOOOOT. D:

I was very sad.

BUT, in conclusion, you should read the Sword of Truth by Terry Goodkind. Because it kicks ass.
