you're doing great with them, too - proportions are tricky to get right, yes- especially on people...people I think are the hardest to draw. I totally fail when it comes to drawing trees, and I hate drawing clothes or fabric -

my art teacher is making me work on portriats, he says drawing people would help you to draw anything.
for clothes i just draw random squiggly lines and color them different colors. at least for the alex gaskarth picture i did.

He's right about that, your art teacher. Your observation has to be so keen, and you can apply that later to any kind of drawing.
I usually only do enough to suggest the clothes, whatever I can get away with

yeah, i have been working with him, helping other kids with thier artwork. it has definatly helped a lot.
I hope i can get as good as you as portraits some day. i guess i gotta just keep at it. practice makes perfect.

there a little more then "splatter paintings" its hard to get some things across threw the cpu

no i don't do them on the cpu. i shot the paint out of a hypodermic needle on a canvas... as well as other diff. techniques. tx for the complement
