I will make sure to hopefully get some posted soon That's what I was thinking. I am waiting for the college bubble to pop. Colleges are no longer about higher learning. They have turned it into a business for money. What is the cheapest way we can make people think we are giving them an education when really we aren't.

Not always the case anymore. If you are wanting a job that you have to get a certification for yet but there are jobs that you do not need certifications for that you just need to find a place that you can start either an internship or an entry level position that doesn't require a degree. Find someone to study under. You will learn a lot more that way then by going to college sometimes.

Ah paid internships are nice though. Some places won't even pay you. I am working a job I don't really enjoy but it is all I can do for the time being until I decide to go back for my masters or I find something I really enjoy doing.

I know, I got brought in here right after high school thanks to a teacher I was close to, but she said that if they were not offering to pay us (I am not the only intern) then she wouldn't have bothered getting us the job here.
I just recently changed my interest. After this semester at college, I am going to participate in a 10 month program to get a licence to be a medical assistant///

Oh wow! Congratulations. I was thinking about going into the medical field myself. The plan was that I go to school for art. Get a masters so I could teach school at a community college and since teachers get to take a few classes for free a semester I was going to work towards my nursing degree while teaching. I didn't have enough money to send myself off to Grad school just yet so am having to wait. I am so glad you had such a great teacher! I have had such horrible experiences with my High School and Painting Professor in college that I am determined to become a good art teacher so no one else has to go through what I had to go through.

My friend wanted to be a nurse, but decided against it after thinking about the blood XD
After reading up on the medical assistant position I thought it sounded really interesting!
Wow, that is a well thought out plan!
And I did not know teachers got that opportunity!
Yessss, I know we need a lot more GOOD teachers out there!

Yes. I only found out about it through one my friends during a painting class. Her husband was a professor on campus and she let me know that full time faculty and their immediate family get to take a certain amount of classes for free. I love to learn so I never want to stop. That's why I thought that teaching at a college would be the best environment for me.

That is why I LOVED studio classes, and the school I am going to be attending for my MA licence has a lot of hands on learning. (we even get to pair up and take each other's blood)
It seems kind of rare to find a person who likes learning XD
But its definitely a good thing! You probably to really good in your classes!

Yes! I do good in Art classes and my Japanese classes. X.x however math is fun until I get to fractions and then I am totally lost! lol I am not that great at remembering names and dates so History isn't my strong suit but I remember the stories of what happens. It is like one large picture book in my head. I really love learning what plants can do what to help the body. What diets are best to be on for certain surgeries and recoveries in order to help your body heal faster. I know a little bit about web coding which is fun but tedious. I really do like learning about a lot of different things. It really helps to keep my interests.

I took a bit of Japanese in high school, and that was really fun! I was horrible at learning Kanji, but I got hiragana and katakana down pretty fast.
Math and history are my worst subjects ;A;
I can't memorize formulas too well, and I just don't like history (as a class...if I watch a documentary or go visit a museum or historical place it is interesting)
But I reallly love science! (except chem...)
I am pretty good at it an it interest me!

good! I love Biology! Learning how things work in the environment as well as our own human bodies. I took Honors anatomy and physiology in High School and I love it. X.x I am not that great at Chem either. I had to retake the class to bring up my grade.

Well, I guess it wouldn't be awesome to be in the class.
My chem class ended at like 11:30 and once when it turned 11:11 someone said "Make a wish" and someone yelled "I wish this class was over"

lol My friends and I came up with a comic book centered around our high school. We included all of the teachers each with their own quarks. We had Darthbaker, The hell chorus, and so on. We also had the football players being Neanderthals and the cheer leaders were vampires who were dining on the football players. The story was that the school was the center of the the universe so strange things always happened there. My main girl was chibi cat girl while at school, one friend was stuck in a constant soap opera, another could cause everyone to bust out into musicals, one was in a constant action movie and you never saw his eyes, another was a witch, and I forget the rest! lol It was a lot of fun though.

Yup which is why I like working by myself so far. I have been doing story lining for a while now so starting to create pages and write down synopsis is really helping. I think if I start being a bit successful I would hire people to do the tone work for me. Trying to do everything for four or five different stories on my own would be really hard if people started expecting a manga release every year X.x
