One of the filters that came with the yashica and wasn't for yashica perfectly matched the zenit, this one I got last week [link] I have two now :P (Lick)

The shutter is stuck down, rotates to the left/right and the film advance works but the shutter is not popping :/ any clue why? it was popping few when I first checked the camera :( (Sad)

the lens has no release button you just brema nsit eza left to right or right to left, my cam is in the car and im in my pyjamas so I would've checked for you..
I freaked out the first time I removed it 'cause it's weird :P (Lick) but this is how zenit works

Also did you find the film release button?

meshe 7ala! The film release button is same as yashica's, however I don't know what the yellow button is used for?

I think it's used to activate the self-timer... maybe not... I could not find any manual for this model... trying to learn about it by checking previous models.
