I've started with Apophysis for now, want to figure it out first before moving on to other programs. At this moment I'm basically cluelessly dragging triangles and modifiers, I'm zero at math and scripting, don't know if semi-random tinkering can even get me anywhere. Yesterday I made that scorpio I posted, take a look.

Do not worry, I am bad at math too. For software that I use, the formulas are already made. Just mix for amazing results.
The software that I used are free. The fractals that you have chosen in my gallery are made with "Mandelbulb 3D". "Sterling2" is very good too and much simpler.
The more you use a software, you know better

Yeah, I know about those, I'm just a bit intimidated to try them before I learn to handle Apophysis properly. For now I try to figure out if there's a trick to making more complex images without making a mess, maybe there are modifiers that help prevent that outcome or something?
