to upload a deviation :deaviation:, or, picture, that you drew, or designed on paint, you go to "SUBMIT DEVIATION" and click "ADD FILE" and upload any picture you want. Then you fill out everything else, comment on it, blah blah blah... and thank you

To change your picture, you First you go to settings & profile, then you go to identity, and you should see avatar, choose what you want your avatar to look like, or create your own. An avatar image file should be a 50x50 px PNG, JPEG or GIF image that is smaller than 15 KB. A lot of math, huh. And there ya go, don't forget to save it when your done! You can also make a signature too, This is the messege that appears when you comment on someones work or page, mine says, 
make your own and see how it turns out!
