There's something about badass characters I can't put my finger on, most female badasses are portrayed as terrible bitches. I never got that from Aria to be a complete bitch, just a strong character protecting her territory.

- Is she ever going to be a part of TOC.
- Is going to be the ME1 version or the ME2&3 version.
- Is she a member of The Shadowbrokers legions of lesser brokers and his eventual replacement.
- Is she on a missguided revenge mission to kill Shepard for the death of her mother.
- Is going to have a onesided infacuation with Shepard.
#2: Asari Councilor Tevos
- Is she jealous of Shepard & Aria jealous enough to start trouble.

To be honest, I'm still evaluating a few different ways as to how I can include Liara in my story: as you yourself point out, different things might have happened to her in the meantime, since my story diverges from the the canon in many ways. All of the possibilities are interesting to me (and thanks to you and other readers the list is expanding... 
As for Councilor Tevos, she is a side character, she will have another bit in the spotlight in the future, but all in all I don't see her as someone who is willing to cause trouble, she's too polite for that.

Is Urz(Shepard's Varren) and Eezo(Jack's varren) ever going to be a part of TOC?

Oooh... very tempting... I love Varren! I was especially moved by Urz when Shepard met him (her...? I don't know) on Tuchanka in ME2, I really wanted the option to keep him and bring him on board the Normandy. I'm sure he and the hamster would have been best buddies.
I'm not sure how I would make him fit in the story though... perhaps I could write a ficlet about it, or something...
As for Eezo, that would be that much easier to write into the story, so I will give it a serious thought.

Here's an idea one of the varren is male the other female and take from there but since they are Varren it won't exactly be like ''Lady and the Tramp'' Varren only want the strongest and best mates to produce strong ofspring
And here's another idea, a new hobby for shepard varren breeding best Battle varren in the terminus system both regular and biotic

i regards to the asari mating marking and mixed up hormones with pheromones
Hormones:
are secreted internally and trigger various biochemical pathways that cause certain effects. We all are familiar with the effects of testosterone and estrogen, both on the anatomy, and behaviour of humans.
Pheromones:
are secreted externally, and have an effect on another creature in similar ways. Usually they have to do with attracting sexual partners or changing a sex partners behaviour or body in some way.
Pheromones are well known in the animal kingdom....it is less clear what role they may play in human behaviour.

Ok, whereas your note is correct, there is a reason why I used the term hormones instead of pheromones. Pheromones belong to the family of so-called ectohormones, which are hormones that, as you yourself state, travel outside the producing body instead of merely on the inside, but they are still members of the larger family of hormones, they are still produced by glands (like endohormones), and that is also why they are called pheromones, from the Greek pherein "to transport" and hormone "impetus". Hormone is just a more commonly used and known word, more recognisable, and I felt it would be better suited for a fanfiction story since it doesn't need a potential explanation.
