only the classes that fight, like high gaurds, warriors, and police. and bounty hunters. but if you like you can fill a fighting style section out, there's no harm in it.

in the journal it says they get black feathered wings once they reach the age of maturity...

Children do not have wings. Under each species it will state the age of maturity and thats when the mature features will be present.
A cauldron is only a physical child for about as long as a human
0- 17 baby to ternager. They then appear adult and can reproduce and such from then on. The maturity comes like a last life stage where they will be done growing and start to age slowly until they are old and die.
