I was wondering, what kind of clay and paint do you use for your sculptures?

It's not really clay. It's two-component epoxy resin, like "Magic Sculp".
I used acrylic paint with airbrush like "Tamiya" :3

Oh! And does the resin dry overnight or do you have to bake it. I've never worked with a resin before.

It depends of resin but this kind of resin dry after 3 hours (24 hours is completly dry, in the core)
LOL im' not a professional xD In theory, you used this resin only for 28 mm figure or to make details on bigger figures. Japanese professionals used this => [link] but i don't know what they used, for the moment :s
