Just one question about the drawing:
Should I give them some support like winged-soldiers (humanized pegasi), or maybe some changelings? Or just leave them with foot soldiers.

As I see it, pegasi soldiers are the only type og cavalry in this world. So yea, put in some pegasus soldiers. I would say put in some changelings too. But since the Conquistadors are far away, it would be hard to see the differance. I mean you can do it if you want, just dont want you to stress you with to much work.
