Whoo, Elder Scrolls! I got Skyrim last year for Easter and got hooked, then went back and played all the older games

I got a bit unexpectedly dragged to a friend's house and then dragged into a Minecraft building project, but I should be home in a few days. I already have the pieces picked out and I'll be finished by the time the assignment is due, no doubt! Life is just kind of being like 'no, not right away' right now XDD

I grew up with some of the elder scroll games, I guess that's a pro of having a brother and a father xD. I'd spend a ridculous amount of time on Oblivion, looking up cheats because I was too much of a wuss to play the game properly XD. Alas, I have changed mt ways~

I remember having I think the third one for my PC back in the day, but I was too young to understand and hated it because I grew up with console games instead of computer ones so I was terrible at it. That hasn't changed a lot, but at least I'm more willing to learn and deal with what makes me uncomfortable now.

Well yes and no. I grew up on the N64 with a Gameboy in my hands and stuff, but I'm pretty dang good with a Playstation as well. I have a PS2 since you still need an expensive converter on a PS3 to be backwards compatible with PS2 games and since I have a 360 I don't need a PS3. I've been a console and handheld gamer most of my life, though, so getting used to the computer where I didn't have a controller in my hands was hard. I'm an avid TF2 and L4D player, though, and I have Amnesia for my comp and I love Minecraft, so I'm slowly working my way into it XD

No, you don't get to know until I do the feature and the critique! I'm off to go take a shower now, though, and then head out with my friend to the library so we're not cooped up in her house all day. Catch you later hun <3

Yay Minecraft! I'm taking part in BebobVox's new medieval themed building contest too! I doubt I'll win, but it's fun just to try and hang out with other people

I actually don't watch Bebobvox, the contest was advertised on the first page of the Minecraft forums and I thought it'd be fun to join in! Really I don't watch a lot of Minecrafters, just Paulsoresjr, Madnes64 and iTzNightwolf. I'm considering adding Jamziboy to the list since I like a lot of his builds too. Honestly I watch the tutorials to get ideas and then add on to them and sort of make them my own with a little flair. I'm hoping some day I'll be able to build without that need, but it's a long way away.

If you ever feel like joining in, the server IP is mc.bebopvox.com and my username in game is also NoxInEralon. We're allowed to work in pairs/teams, and I'd be glad to have the help

I started watching paul because he has a great series called 'How to Survive and Thrive' and it's basically a tutorial on how to Minecraft. Really helped me get used to the game when I started because I had no idea what I was doing. He doesn't do a lot of builds, mostly server stuff, but he does great update reviews and updates the series every so often with new things like how to find and use the new Quartz and stuff. The other two it was coincidence, I was looking for builds and tutorials and they both happen to offer great step-by-step tutorials that are easy to follow instead of doing a timelapse and calling it a tutorial like some others I've found :/

Well it's about 2pm now, I'll probably be in the server until about 5:45, then I have to go pick my friend up from work and we're having a night of random anime and partying since she doesn't work tomorrow and I have to go home tomorrow afternoon and it'll be back to normal for both of us. But yeah I'll be around if you want to join in, I doubt I'll win but I'm just having fun so it doesn't matter to me too much

Roleplaying is the best, I've been doing it for so many years now. I also used to cosplay, but not so much anymore. I'm unemployed and don't have the money to get any or even attend the conventions anymore. Maybe when I get a job and save up again I'll start, because honestly I miss it.

Lucky. I don't really know anyone who puts together meets, at least not around here. The closest big city is an hour's drive, so it's a bit like being in the boonies where I am. There's a con picnic once a year in the summer, but that's about it for me :/

Don't be scared! Conventions and expos are like the most fun things ever. I did probably close to 15 or 16 conventions in the span of about 4-5 years before I had to stop because mom wouldn't pay my way anymore and I couldn't afford it since I'm out of a job. They're a complete blast, especially if you go with friends

Gods high school is like 5 years behind me now. But I still act like I'm in high school sometimes so I guess that sort of makes up for it XD

Look for the photoshoots, it's a great place to meet people and they're usually pretty fun. Oh, and if you're into that sort of thing the tabletop room is usually pretty chill too. It's more than just Dungeons and Dragons, there's all manner of fun board games and such if you can find people to play with you. Your first one might be a little overwhelming, but trust me it'll be like nothing else in the world

I think the color of your hair is the most beautiful on the world. Not only that, I think you shouldn't be shy - people even go as far as picturing their emotions as art, like, taking a photo with the face facing to the camera, but the eyes looking down or to the side. Maybe you're the ideal model for this pic I described, but people won't know unless we know you

But ok I got it, you're not going to show yourself to anyone that can do harm to you or strangers or etc.

I could write ten pages about myself as well. Thing is, people don't really know themselves.
Your flaws can be one of the two: either something someone made you believe is wrong in yourself (like, you watched TV, somebody said that girl is pretty, and now you think you're ugly), or something that can be polished. Just like those very valuable diamonds, first they are brute, full of flaws, then you polish and then they are expensive o:
I think you're beautiful. Now ask someone else. Keep doing so.

In the end the only one you need to believe is in yourself anyway. Plus, "youre beautiful as you are"!

Hah, I suppose that's true enough. But it's not as easy for me to have that kind of self confidence, at least not so quickly. There are some flaws I can correct and others I can't do much about, but I try to take care of the ones I can and ignore the rest. Maybe someday I will be able to hold my head high and say I am beautiful, but I think it'll be quite some time before that happens.
