Wow, that's wonderful. I've been trying to make sure I'll have enough money for the wedding, honestly. Spending the night at a motel, renting a car for a day, and now I'm going to need to rent a tux on top of everything because the outfit I wore to my mother's wedding won't match her's. Frustrating. So you are saying that I, for example, is cheating when I draw on the computer? That all those higly talented artists who earn their lives making digital paintings, and whom it take years for them to be that good, are cheating? That you, whom it took years to get to that point, are cheating? Guess what, art is art. Drawing is drawing. No matter how you put it, digital art is not cheating. Please get that out of your mind. For your own good and for the good of others. Digital art is just another art medium. It's perfectly legitimate, get that into your head.

Get an intuos. Basic tablet. Good for starting out. However, they aren't cheap. I suggest you go on the wacom website to look at the prices and the different models. I mean, I would suggest the one I have, but it's been discontinued ages ago.

I know there's places you can buy one in person, but I got no idea if you have some of those stores in Arizona. But I'm sure you can find something.

Well, although my computer-shopping only stops at my first and only laptop, I can give you one word of advice; Don't buy a Toshiba, they are shit. Dell, ASUS and Apple are good. HP, heh, they make good printers, there's that I guess? MSI and Razer are not bad either. Also try to think about what you'll need your computer to be able to do. Like I know you want to make a game, and be able to test it. You need your computer to be able to run it. If it's just sprites or a small 2D platformer, it shouldn't be too bad. However, if you plan on making a full fledged game, you want your computer to be a bit more powerful. That's one factor that will go in your final decision.Β
You can also custom-build your computer, which can be a bit less expensive, but you do need at least some basic programming skills and basic knowledge of how computers work and what they look like inside. Luckily, Google(or any other search engines that you might use) Β is your friend.
I mean, everything that I say, or that can be said on what you find in your Internet searches , are to be take with a grain of salt, as you know, I'm no computer expert. But I still hope that you will be able to make an informed decision based on your personal needs and your budget. And I'm sure you will.

*rubs eyes* hey Sabryna... Ugh... It's been one thing after another with this computer. So I finally got all the parts in yesterday. I had to take a bike ride to Wal-Mart for a wire it turned out I already had. And then I had to move what I had set up into the next room. Scuffing up the fucking floor in the process. And it won't connect to the internet. I need this thing called a network adapter drive... Which I can only get by downloading it off the fucking internet. So I ended up giving a flashdrive to my friend, cause his brother is super at computers, and he said he'll have it back Saturday evening. So I can't actually use the computer until SUNDAY. I'm so SO upset
