I am guessing that this is incredibly late for a reply but i am not sure what you mean by widget design. All of the widgets on my picture are ones from the top 1000 most popular widgets available for the yahoo widget engine at the time that i downloaded that software and they were the ones that i liked the most. While i might be able to make them, though i doubt it at the moment, I would have no idea which software set i would need to know to programm for the android. Themes i might be able to do if it just involves creating a set of images. I do not know how good they would be because I do not draw very much, by hand, with photoshop, or otherwise. Hope that this reply helps any or if it doesn't, sorry for the lateness.
