I had some ideas to further my story last night, but was too tired to do anything so doing it now... watching to see if D.G. heard Glitch's name or not... I thought she may have, but maybe not understood who they were talking about... so I may just leave it in my story that she didn't know.

Yeah, but it doesn't seem all that big a form here, you know? No, I am not out just for reviews of my work to stroke my ego, but they are nice, and I am more apt to get them on sites like fan fiction or my live journal than I would here, art seems to be the bigger medium here.

You are quite welcome. Sev is my favorite Harry Potter character. I even cross dressed as him for Halloween *grin* Although no Harry Potters showed up for me to harrass. The effect was rather disturbing while I was getting ready, especially with the black contacts when looking in the mirror when I am used to seeing blue.

I looked at the rest of your gallery, and your work is quite nice. Wish I could draw, but I couldn't draw my way out of a paper bag to save my life. Writing is where my talent lies.

Alright, there are two up. My hubby found the photos... look kinda cheesy with the wig and the fact I couldn't get the skin tone right; not to mention I was trying not to laugh, but anyway, they are there now.

I don't have my baby up here yet... it isn't finished yet, and stands at 26 chapters. It is called Something to Fight For, and can be found on my website. I have an essay here on Severus called The Enigma of Severus Snape that kind of fuelled the ideas for the story. You might like that one. It is a Harry and Severus slash.

Oh Cool! It's so good that you are so dedicated and that your story is already at 26 chapters. I've been trying to write a book forever... but I get started, then come up with a new idea for a story and then start that one. Then suddenly, before I know it. I have 8 books started. Oh well.

Oh, no... I've been through that before and still have several in the works... in fact, this one has been put on hold since November because of the one I am supposed to be working on for school hehe. I am going to try and get back to them this year.

I have to finish getting a book laid out for publication, then my school homework, then maybe I can get back to it *looks hopeful*

Oh, hey, keep those rejection letters if your serious about writing as a business and not a hobby - they can be proof to the IRS that you are trying to get published in case you are ever audited because of it... Learned that last night on the Professional Connection forum at [link] my school, where they were talking with an attorney I think. It was quite helpful. You can go in and sign up for the newsletter and an account to access the forums for free, you don't have to be a student, and you can also download the transcript of that chat last night when it is posted.

Best thing to do is find an agent - which I need to do - but for my first book, which will be a poetry book; I am going through a subsidy publisher. I had to pay them to do it, but I can write it off when they start selling, you can also write of an agent if it is for your business. The good thing about the subsidy publisher though, I retain the rights so if a standard publishing house shows interest in it, I can sell it.
