And if you have a good eye I am sure you have seen some of the Lovecraftian references in some shows and the ilk.
-- In the Power Ranger Super Samurai show there's one of the vilians which looks like a chibbi Cthulhu.
-- Even in the show Monster high there's little flying creatues that look strangely like Cthulhu's R'yletch.
-- There was that one episode from Staergate SG-1 where they found a device that let people see various creatures that were supposedly "always there"but we couldn't see. It was pretty much a remake of From Beyond.
