HA!!! YES!!! you can take the Greyhound up to duluth and i could pick you up from there its in west end of duluth (its scary to me, but its no worse than minneapolis so you're fine ) i will look at the schedual today for breaks, i know i have pne coming up soon, and one thats like a week long....

Yes I knew that... The brain will be able to survive, but will not have any control over the body. Because the neves are cut throug during seperation and techniques do not allow us to repair nerves yet. Eventually the body dies because the brain can't signal the heart to beat, the lungs to breathe, and so on. If the body dies, the head (brain) dies.
So technically, it is still impossible. It's just that technique allows the body to be kept allive through external pumping (surrogate heart, lungs and liquid nutritions).
The nerves in the head would stay intact. That means that the heald would be possible to see, think, speak and hear. It would just be paralised from the neck down.

I like those freaky facts, too bad it takes the space I should use for information that's more important (study)

Jups... Humans and dolphins are the only animals on the planet that have sex for pleasure... Lions sometimes mate 50 times a day and male pigs'orgasms can last 30 minutes (lucky bastards)...
Humans are also the only species that polute unnecessaraly. And they produce more than they can consume (hence the polution). Humans are the only species that keep (and/or train) other animals in captivety for thier own gain. Actually, humans suck... But since I'm a human myself, I won't tell

Porcupines? I don't know, English is not my mothertongue. It's my second laguage.
Nowadays I don't sleep to an encyclopedia either, I red it through several times so the facts in there are kind of getting familiar. I do not play trivia games either, I play math games. But the overall knowledge comes in handy in problem-analysis and ~solving in my study.

I appeared on (national and local)television several times, and am now working on an international project that is most likely going to be broadcasted outside of the Netherlands... Allthough I'm not sure I want to be broadcasted...

Toedels is actually not an existing word. It's something I came up with a few years ago, it got stuck. It is something like greetings in Dutch (suck a bit that other people are using it too nowadays). That is also my first language (or mothertongue, whatever to call it). I've lived in Maleysia for a year, that is probably why my English almost never fails me. But, as it is some time ago, I'm starting to notice that flaws are creeping in.

Yeah, the button.. Just clicked on it for the first time. It does show the last reply. Thanks for the pointer. I'm used to my outlook to much I guess. And MSN makes things easier too.

Where exactly in the US do you live? Guess there is kind of a timedifference? I'm currently in Groningen, The Netherlands (GMT +1.00) and it is 23:30 overhere. I hooked up my cell to my notebook, to check mail etc. So I do have internet in my home, but the bandwidth is very low.

Did you google my name? I'm kind of curious what you could find. I'm wondering what the searchenginge came up with, because I suspect a more narrow search for your region due to the difference in IP.

Sorry for the rather late reply, I just could not find the time to touch my flaptop whatsoever, and thus no reply...
About the name issue .. My real name is Sebastian Toussaint, My nick is B2ct (B for Bas, callingname; 2ct for Toussaint). I've noticed that some people copied the 2ct-bit. Tokyo is high on my wishlist.. Gottogothere atleast once. I'm thinking of moving to Asia once I get my degree, but I'm not sure yet.

Through the years, I've moved about 12 times to date. Just once outside of the Netherlands, though. I'm currently living in Groningen, in Holland known for it's high concentration of students. Probably as big as your backyard lol
