a beta reader is kinda like someone who reads over your story and makes sure it makes sense and flows. some go over and beyond by helping with grammar errors and giving advice but itβs not really a requirement.
i tend to over explain details or think that everyone just knows what iβm trying to get at so beta readers are good for me. (I just gotta find one that I trust enough to share my stories with. Iβm a little scared theyβll run off with my story.)
