i dont know a lot about animating, so from what i can tell your recent animations dont have any flaws i can pick out with my Noob Eye, they pretty much look like tv-quality anime as far as i can tell!!
as for the art id say the biggest things that stood out to me were that in some of them there isnt a specific light source, it's just kind of general shading, which isnt terribly offensive but a good light source can add a lot to a picture
the characters also tend to blend in with the background a bit, like at first glance you can't really tell them apart from the background which is a bit confusing, but i guess it gets people to Really look at your art lmao
also your shading could be improved a bit, the airbrushing isnt exactly blended out properly also the cell shading kind of just slapped on top of it, id suggest you do all your shading as cell shading and blend out the edges where you think the shadow shouldn't be as sharp, so you can have the best of both worlds!!! in pictures you do have a good light source there are very little dark shadows, it could use a bit more contrast because at first glance it doesnt look like it has a light source at all
your clothing folds need some improvement as well, id suggest you start using more references when drawing clothes, like literally go on google and try to find someone in a position similar to the one you're drawing and copy the fold patterns - bonus points if they're wearing clothes similar to the ones you're drawing as well - this is a bit tiresome at first but eventually you memorise the patterns and may find that you dont necessarily need references to make good folds
id say you're doing really great as far as colouring goes, the colours you pick compliment each other very well and look very pleasing, good job!!
also your linework is great also, its very clean it must take you forever to get it to look that well but it pays off
and your general anatomy and 3d visualising are also very good, there arent a lot of flaws there and for the most part looks pretty anime!!
the photography and content in the drawings is also very well done, your pictures are just about the opposite of boring, theyre very creative!!
overall i think your art is pretty good to begin with but it has potential to look absolutely masterful, keep it up friend!!!
