Android 18's job as a mentor in the Time Nest was very different from her usual activities. Being pulled from her place in the timestream by the Supreme Kai of Time, 18 had been tasked with assisting and teaching Time Patrollers in order to keep history safe and avoid alterations to the timeline. While the blonde android didn't usually care much for matters that didn't directly affect her, the Supreme Kai had offered to pay her an immense fortune in Zeni.
As 18 mentored many of them, though, she noticed one Majin girl in particular was fawning over her. The Majin had a warm, sunny yellow skintone, with black freckles on her round cheeks. her antenna emulating a single, large curl, very much like a pompadour. Every time she looked at 18 there was admiration in her dark, purple eyes. 18 eventually learned that her name was Kazza and she was apparently a fan of 18's. At first, the android was a bit distant with her fan, but over time she softened up and decided to indulge her fan.

I do this myself from time to time, but it mixes present and past tense in narration. My old professor told me to substitute "at the time" or "then" when I'd normally use now.

Aye. Again I'd say it's a low order concern. Otherwise your writing is quite good and amusing. I just got to where Acerola was stepped on and after the flattening description from the shelf.

Makes me recall a possibility if one went off Sabrina's powers in the anime. That and another one from the first season.

Well the first is in the anime Sabrina could transform people into toys. It wouldn't be outside the realm of possibility that she could shrink them down or otherwise flatten them at normal or tiny sizes.

The other idea is a revisit to Bill and the "Giant Pokemon" where there's a misstep and Jessie or someone else happens to be in the way.
