yes... through the past week, people have been leaving deviantart or updating at all, and when that happen's they are forgotten, and when I remember them once again, they are either a) gone b) still no update (not even involving faving other people's work) in which both will lead to a cancelled account, and I'll be like "What the hell" if I forgot the person, the I Google the name, then see the artwork and realized "oh crap, THIS (account name of talented artist) LEFT! WHY!!! OH NO!!! Then I forget a day later, then week's later I remember, and then I get unsettling nostalgia, which will be sad since I never copy the work so I can't see the work again. Plus I saw the "friend log in thing on the top right", and you have no color, which mean's extremely famed artist that doesn't want to be annoyed, or "I don't come here often anymore, even though I have potential, I'll post something new soon." Way later there are a couple of post's, sometimes a journal, then life get's in the way too much for such people, and 50/50 leave with no indication of doing so, and it's leaving as in a) the posted art is now an archive art site, or b) deleted account... so yeah, was worried, and was passive aggressive about it because the last few times I was, guess what, nothing happen. So sorry


TL;DR Sorry, people leave to much now, made me bummed out, then life move's on

That can be frustrating, but you might wanna try considering that folks have other stuff going on that requires their attention over what's essentially a hobby. I'm personally not going anywhere, but I have had other things take priority.

Thanks much! Things are definitely good, just super busy. I've got some basic sketches for Pinkie down, but I've gotta come back to them when I'm free and see if I still like them or not.
