He's a rather comedic character but has a serious side to him, especially when it comes to protecting people he cares about. A pretty lovable character heh~ 

The precious cinnamon roll with the cat is Natsume Takashi from "Natsume Yuujinchou"! :)
The gif is the younger version of himself though! 
Sadly, it's kind of an underrated anime... 
But if you enjoy heartwarming series, you can give it a try! :D
