do you have photo shop? if not then you can just take the long route. Get your pic. Make another layer. Zoom in and go over it with whatever color you want the line art to be. The eraser too is VERY helpful when doing it that way so use it. I'm not that good at it myself but I know how to fix it. I just haven't submitted anything where iv'e used it yet.
