Heya! I was about to warn you about that icon of yours, but it seems somebody already did. XD Still, let me tell you this: when you search for free icons here on dA, a bunch of random icons will pop up in your screen, but not all of them are actually free to use. To make sure the icon you find is really free and you can use it without any problem, read the artist's comments on that deviation. I'm sure it will be clearly written there if that icon is free or not. (:
I know it wasn't your intention, but stealing art on dA will get you nowhere but in people's black list, if you know what I'm talking about. People will find out and will warn you, some might even report you and get you banned.
So before doing anything with people's art, make sure it's fine to do so, and if you're still not sure, ask the artist and I'm sure they'll answer you. (:

Do you have a copy of the Zombie Survival Guide by Max Brooks? I highly recommend it.
My personal plan is to find a .22 rifle somewhere; zombies can only be destroyed by losing their head or by incineration, and guns are much easier to control than wildfires. Then, I'd temporarily fortify my house until an opportunity came to join up with other survivors. Then, I'd bust out and start taking back America! Woo-hoo!

Ah, but sniper rifles are kinda over-powered. If all you need is one headshot, you wouldn't neccessarily need a .50 cal bullet to do the job.
Tactics are usually more my thing; first person shooters have trained me well. COD has really annoyed me, though. They are Doing It Wrong.
The whole Nazi-zombies thing is ludicrous. The whole point is to fortify a position before the zombies get there; they always end up fighting *INSIDE* their horribly shoddy fortifications. The best thing to do is to get to a high point, inaccessible to zombies, and start pegging them one at a time. Having whole crowds *sprinting* after you is a surefire way to die, messily.

Anyway, now I'm more interested in strategy, planning a long-term survival campaign in a Total War scenario. It's more fun.
Oh, and thanks for the <3. When the zombie apocalypse comes, at least we'll know there'll be another survivor out there!

i agree on the whole nazi zombie thing on COD its ridiculous, everyone i know thinks its fun but it pisses me of cuz the whole scenaario is WRONG! no matter what your setting yourself up for failure :/
