Oh, cool! One of my friends plays the cello. She let me (an ignorant trumpeter) pull the bow accross the strings for a bit and try to make some acceptable noise. Strings are cool instruments.

It is! Can get annoying, though. Whenever I'm practicing in my room, I have to be careful not to step in the spit pile. I usually go barefoot inside...

Ouch! Yeah, that happens, but it's pretty rare lol... Umm... One time a cellist threw her bow off the stage somehow... While she was playing by the way xD God that was funny... Sometimes when tuning, a string will pop and smack you in the face which hurts, but I think that's the extent really... Actually one time, a girl's bow hair all fell out of her bow while she was playing and she stared at it like "Wtf do I do now...?" XD But nothing nasty like spit piles...

Yeah. The percussionists and woodwinds always look disgusted. At least we have valves. Woodwinds, it either drips out of their bell or collects in their mouthpiece.

Okay now I'm being really disgusting sorry about that.
