Do you think it's a good idea? I think I should be more active here but I also want to have a page for people outside DA (or not).
But it's a lot harder to get noticed there.

I have no idea whether it will help you get noticed more, but it won't hurt, either. As you know, fb is a different type of exposure from dA. What I've seen happen for at least one artist on fb is that they did expand their fanbase somewhat, but the more important part (for them at the time) was that their fans got to know each other a little. It made for some nice group conversations that helped the artist. dA isn't really set up for that. (I personally find it very hard to get noticed on dA.)

So, whether you get more attention right away or not, yes, I think it's a good idea to keep putting your art out where people can see it. That's good business sense. :) (Smile)

I agree :3 I wish I could talk with my followers more but they're just liking my pictures.. But I find it easier to have conversations with them here. It's true but still, you can get at least some attention if you post in groups etc.
