It's going well - just got back from a short trip out to New Orleans with Mom and my sister. Love the French Quarter, even if it DOES smell like hot garbage.

New Orleans!? FUN! Did you do some drawings/picture taking of the architecture down there? (sorry, kind of have a thing for architecture) How does it smell like hot garbage? don't they take/transport the garbage out of the city?

I snapped some photos with my phone - if they're not too crappy, I might toss some at you. Streets are kinda narrow, but there's really pretty buildings down there - French and Spanish influence really shows through.

I'm sure their garbage service works just fine - old cities just tend to smell bad. Especially when they're right by the river and it's a really hot day.

Because I haven't had time to make anything professional enough to post on it - or any art at all, really.

It's all stuff for class and that means all 3d at the moment; I think about posting it, but then I wonder if people will get the wrong idea and think, "Hey, he does 3d stuff! Why's he doing 2d?" I want them to know what my real priorities are.

But knowing as much of her as I do, I'd say you're pretty close to the mark.
