Thanks for the faves! (I haven't been here at dA for such a long time, so I only noticed it today.)

yes, the panopticon is kind of like a prison building design that allows people to watch the prisonners without them being able to see them...kind of like the big brother concept in Orwell's 1984.
a literal translation would be pan all opticon seeing

It's you again! SO. You are a Carlos Nunez fan too? His albums Almas de Fisterra and Mayo Longo are part of the soul of my Tarot work. I absolutely love his music! I missed his concert in Birmingham AL USA a few months ago (it takes 2.5 hours for me to drive there) because of sheer negligence! Oh how I cursed myself! But anyway, it's good to know another fan!

The girl that you see in the webcam, she's the one who introduced me to Carlos Nunez. LOL. Yeah he makes good stuff, so good I don't think I'll ever go for any Celtic crap any more.

If you like Carlos, you should listen to Solas, if you haven't heard of them yet. They are my other favorite (actually talented) celtic band. But I know what you mean, there are so many baaaad celtic bands out there. There is this one particularly loathsome one that plays every year at Dragoncon in Atlanta. It's a bunch of untalented fellows who think they're Irish and write terrible songs about romancing pagan girls. Painful.
