When I did adoptables a long time ago (Oh god they were hideous I couldn't draw for crap then) I would draw out what the adoptable was then save the lines on a layer on photoshop.
Then I would color it and edit it whenever asked, using the original lines as a base. c:

Hmm, if you're going to sell them, I sending them personally would be better since just taking it from the site would make their adoptable available to public, which would eradicate the whole reason to even sell them.
If they're free, then having them up on the website would be best.

It depends.
For real money, I think your best bet is to have a pay pal account. I'd suggest using points.
You can offer a system where they can pay half before you start to make the adoptable, then get the rest when you finish the adoptable and give it to them.
Once you give the adoptable to the other person, that person owns that adoptable. You can't delete that.
You can nicely tell them to take it down, but if they don't want to, it can't be helped.

yep idk i thinkim broken cuz tutorials cant help me AT ALL cuz i dont understand wat they mean but when i stare and draw it i just do it good o ~ oi cant do basics cuz i suck at them but im good at doing adv XD...

I mean, I freehand a lot since I find it more comfortable, despite that my results are usually wonky and nonproportional. ;-; Sometimes I feel like making tutorials with methods I rarely even use is cheating. xD
