Altersex means any sex that is not found at birth (perisex/dyadic or intersex). It is derived from "alternative" or "altered" sex. The term can be used to apply to two or three different things:

1) a character/avatar with sex characteristics that are not found at birth in "real life"; this is an alternative to terms like f*ta and h*rm, and so that characters that aren't actually intersex but have non-perisex sex characteristics aren't labeled as intersex, which is a problem in the furry community specifically. So, basically, fantasy or alien genitalia. This would include characters with no sex characteristics as well.

2) a person who feels that they should have said sex characteristics, usually associated with dysphoria or people who are otherkin. So, someone who feels that they sound have no sex characteristics or a combination would be altersex.

this can SOMETIMES be applied to the following:

3) someone who has had hormonal or surgical transitioning which results in a body that is not perisex but also not intersex.

Hey, I have a question!!

I'm NB and Asexual, but I'm unsure what my romantic attraction is.

Basically, I used to identify as biromantic but I realized that I don't have a romantic attraction to guys anymore. I romantically prefer women but only for fictional women? I guess IRL women are okay too but I'm way more romantically attracted to fictional women. (I guess it's from my trauma? idk), is there a term for that?

Seems you're probably gyneromantic/womaromantic (means the same thing), and... well, fictoromantic is the term for only feeling attraction to fictional characters, and that seems to be your preference, so going by the terms heteroflexible and homoflexible, I'd probably call it fictoflexible, as in mostly attracted only to fictional characters with some exceptions.

I hope that works, if it doesn't, feel free to tell me why it doesn't fit because that bit of information would help me help you!

Not specifically, no! You can coin one though. If you're ok with using a more general term, condigender is the umbrella term for genders that change based on certain conditions- environmental, emotional, etc.

Cardiogender: A gender that shifts based on one's heart rate.

Representations
The black fading into pink/blue to white represents the melding of feeling no gender, one gender, and more than one gender.
The heart monitor line represents the heart rate picking up.
The colours on the line represent the shift that occurs when the heart rate picks up. (alternate versions with other colours should probably be made, but this is just a concept.)my emotions have been a rollercoaster recently and the emotional aspect of it is very inconsistent, so im p sure its just the heart rate affecting me
i feel like the description i made is the most accurate i can get as well hweezes

No problem- I notice a ton of people who say they support mentally ill/neuroatypical people but then freak out over specific disorders and symptoms and it really irks me, like they only want to support mentally ill people when they're not "too weird" or something? All genders are made up. Get over it and let trans people be trans in their own way, even if it is in a metaphorical way or one influenced by spirituality, mental illness or literally anything else.

My state law also allows me to prosecute based on hate crime and I will do this if this continues. I don't put up with bullshit. If you're looking for some vulnerable kid who hates himself to push into committing suicide like y'all do so much, you came to the wrong place. I'm a successful adult with an extensive support system and I LOVE MYSELF. Right now, people know me as a Homoromantic Demisexual, but it's not entirely fitting?

For the Homoromantic part, I don't just fall in love with males, I have fallen in love with people who identify as non binary and female, but It's extremely rare for me to? Idk, it's sorta hard to explain,, I can try to go into more detail if necessary. 

And for the Demisexual part,, I think it's pretty fitting but there are the rare moments in which people I don't even feel anything towards can manage to turn me on? It's really confusing, I'm so confused tbh. ;w;

This sounds like your orientations are simply flexible- you may know the terms "heteroflexible" and "homoflexible" but the -flexible term can be used for any orientation.

"-flexible: Identifying as a certain orientation, but flexible in that identity, i.e. occasionally deviating from that orientation."

You definitely sound homoflexible (romantic orientation), but I'm unsure how to word the flexibility of demisexual. It could be demisexualflexible, or demiflexiblesexual, or just demiflexible, although you'd have to specify that it's your sexual orientation in that case.
