Well...hmm...I do fan arts for three reason.
1. A reward for an excellent fanfic (there is some D/S material that I can work from there , either directly or indirectly)
G-Go's Union is such a fic, and I do have plans for it.
2. Request, maybe.
3. Or an idea I just can't let go of. (ie. Bed of Roses)
I'll keep your request in mind (plus I do have a rather indirect D/S pic in my to do list).
