Currently a college student trying to accomplish all her dreams.My dream some day would be to be a published author and my goal is to work in the book publishing industry. I would love to work as a book designer, a book marketer, a literary agent, an editor, or a writer. If not, then I would also enjoy being a photojournalist, an investigative reporter, a graphic designer, a website designer, doing something in marketing, or a social media specialist.

Decopunk is a relatively new term, but there has been some pretty interesting titles started to be generated under that specific genre. It's always fun to watch a new phenomenon grow in front of your eyes, I think. Good luck with your novel and glad to be of help!

Thanks! I have more pictures of the swamp and the alligators but that was my favorite. Have you ever been to the swamps down in New Orleans? They're kinda really pretty on the sunny day and the dragonflies there are HUGE.

Well, I'm brazillian and I have never been to US, but I hope I can visit it someday. I am looking foward to see mainly Yellowstone (so very much), Grand Canyon and other natural beauties of your motherland. Sorry that I don't know too much of it...

Oh that's really awesome! Isn't Brazil suppose to be hosting the winter/summer Olympics? I went to Yellowstone when I was about seven, I don't remember much of it, except the buffalo swimming across this river and then all crossing the street right in front of our van.
And I went to the Grand Canyon about four years ago, it was really beautiful. If you can go to see it, I'd recommend a boat tour into one of the side canyons, I got most of my pictures in one of them, but there were the neatest!
Oh and that's fine, I don't know much about Brazil either.

We will host the Olympics in 2016, and in 2014 will be the FIFA World Cup.
Well, about my country, I can tell you some interesting things. If you're interested... I hope you can tell your friends about it.
First, the Amazon florest just occupies 45% of our territory and it's rather empty of cities, meaning that a great part of us don't live like aborigines.
The super-developed cities Rio & São Paulo and beaches are not the only touristic places we have. And the same thing goes to samba/pagode. Our culture is super mixed and deeper than you can imagine.
And, that might sound strange, a significant part of us hates Carnaval(and the nude women dancing samba and stuff).
And lots of people come here to do bad things just because our slow law-operation... We suffer a lot... But we are trying to fight.
Hope when you have the opportunity of visiting here, you can see a even better country than what it is now. We are going for it.
